Imagine then he passed them on on consignment to other small guitar stores. He was giving the 250th... Why though am I thinking the squires were made in Korea . Or was that the fender Hank Marvin that fender done on the back of these ones success

This has to be one of my favourites to watch even after all these years. I’m thankful for the opportunity that you have given so many people to see and experience so many locations of interest. It gave us the impetus to visit some of these destinations multiple times and have fun with the recommendations you made when there. I hope you are both well.

Just for fun. Let's add some context to the Ottoman invasion of Otranto. In 15th century Spain King Ferdinand and Isabella were converting Muslims and Jews forcibly as part of the Reconquista of Spain from Muslim rulers of al Andalusia. A little thing that came to be called the Inquisition. Anyone not kissing the ring of the Catholic Inquisitor was considered a heretic and put to death. The Sultan Mehmed ii was not a fan of the Inquisition and so the General Gedik Ahmed offered the citizenry of Otranto the same deal offered by King Ferdinand Isabella to non Catholics, accept Islam or else. 12,000 were massacred. Mehmed II was on his way to end the papacy and thereby save the world from Catholic Christianity. Coptic and Levantine Christians were completely welcome in all other parts of the Muslim word as were Jews and Animists. Due to the death of the Sultan Mehmed the Ottomans were forced to retreat to Albania.

Well I am a Hofner Galaxy and the 172/3 guitar guy and I cant even play a Strat cos its so difficult ! ok if you pick or play lead but strumming , forget it ! So many dissasters on stage with the pesky awkward too close volume knob being accidentaly knocked , and then the pick up changer so badly placed . I wonder how much Fender have paid to get the guitar greats to endorse the Strat . Privately Clapton doesnt rate it quite as highly as his tremelo has to be locked down cos its useless
