Trujillo is not pronounced "Truheeyo" in English. I am from Germany where "w" is pronounced "v" but I do not call Washington "Vashington" when speaking in English.

well, "Washington" is an English word, so it would be pronounced with English phonetics. Trujillo is a Latin name, so it is appropriate to pronounce it as it would be said in Spanish even if it is used while speaking English. When words from other languages are used in English in America, sometimes they are "Americanized," likely to make it easier to pronounce. (for instance croissant. The pronunciation changes because the rolled r is not used in English and is unfamiliar to most Americans) But when possible, the origin of the word is honored by using its pronunciation. some examples of words that are pronounced like their origin even when used in English in America: Jalapeno is pronounced as hal apeen yo not jal apen oh Champs Elysee is pronounced as shahmps ehleesay and not chaamps ee lie see Fettucine is pronounced fett uh chee nee and not fett oo sign Munich is pronounced mew nick and not muhn itch Trujillo would be pronounced as Truheeyo because it is a proper Latin name, so it follows Latin phonetics. Although not everyone could pronounce it as well as the commentator, nearly everyone would make an effort as a sign of respect. Pronouncing the person's name as True Jill Oh or True Heel Oh would not be as correct as Truheeyo

I remember this kid when he was younger. I was looking to tell him he played hard and to keep going. I saw him by himself and he was pretty emotional when he lost to Kane all those years ago. Glad to see he used those emotions to his advantage.

That was a beat down plain and simple, just goes to show you never underestimate a lower ranked player. Plus it appeared Kane was not their mentally, if you look at his set up for serves, he rushed the majority of them , Not doing his usual set up, that there is the tell tale sign of not being into the match. There is always one game when those at the top no longer can keep doing it mentally, this might be one of those times. It happens in every sport
