My day wasn't too bad, Karla. I'm hurting now but overall it wasn't too bad. This was a clip from a video I posted on May 22nd. I didn't mean to catch this on video. When I saw it, I could have cried. I was in so much pain that day and had been for weeks. I had to take strong pain medicine to film. I've been sitting with the footage since then trying to decide whether to share it. It wasn't an easy decision. I had my husband look at it this morning before I posted it. He thought I should share it. I hope it helps people to not feel alone and helps others who don't deal with pain to be patient and kind. Did you get in for your nerve block?

I wasn't planning on catching this on camera. When I saw myself, it made me cry. I know many subscribers here go through the same pain. I've had that said to me so many times "Well, you look good." I don't blame them. I know it's hard to understand. I probably was one of those people before this all started. Chronic illness has taught me so much about myself and it's changed the way I see people. Everyone is doing their best with the information they have at that moment. I can look back and remember assumptions I made about people. All I can do is forgive myself, do better and forgive those people that don't understand.

@@JulieMeikle thank you, I usually watch TV yes and KZfaq. My bladder disease is called Interstitial Cystitis, I have had this painful disease since age 20 and I am 51 now! I get flare ups so I’m having 1. Thank you for caring enough to look it up. 💓

@@belindafischer2920 I've been hard on my body over the years. Without getting into all the details, one of the debilitating symptoms I've experienced is pelvic, hip, and lower back pain. During one of my usual online searches for answers, I came across pudendal neuralgia, which explained the pain I've been suffering from for years. I then searched the internet for treatments and found a center 90 minutes away that uses shockwave therapy to break up adhesions affecting the nerves. I've traveled there about five times now. Although it's not ideal to travel and it's expensive, the treatment has given me some relief. Now that I have a diagnosis, I'm going to see another sports medicine doctor next week to explore additional treatment options. Do you search for answers, Belinda? I never stop. I've talked to 2 nurses and three doctors who have never heard the term pudendal neuralgia. We can't give up. There has to be a solution to help you and I have a better quality of life. What if your endometriosis caused adhesions in and around your bladder? What if shockwave therapy or botox could help? There has to be something. If not now, there will be something in the future that can help us. I know there has to be.

I found formulas to replicate my hair colour for a few clients when I had my home-based salon. I could try to help if you'd like.

Yeah, I would use this as a topper. I'd apply my spf 50 and touch up with this throughout the day. The nice thing is it won't disturb your makeup.
