your voice isn’t strong enough to be a singer if you like song writing that’s fine but your voice is literally shaky and instead of belting the loud parts you whisper yell

Those are fixable things though. I think the whisper yelling and shaky-ness come from a lack of confidence that can be developed. The basis is there. If I had to guess, she’s probably self taught and getting to where she is without formal instruction is phenomenal. With formal instructions and the natural talent for musical scales and with her young age she can do whatever she sets her mind to.
