Hi Remember the laws haves changed around withdrawals on retirement funds you’ll be charged up to 18 % tax on those withdrawals. The best way is to not to withdraw when retrench but use what we called pension/ Provident fund preservers it helps you to keep up with your retirement goals .

Yes, but you will access it only once. Meaning in the following years you won't have anything in your savings pot because it will be a continuous contribution (1/3)

I have learned from my past mistakes and made several poor choices before getting married. Not hashtag#InItWithYou !!!!! You are certainly not in it with me. You have put me in a DEEP financial hole due to you YOUR INCOMPETANCE! And now I am to "blame" for not attending to this sooner? FIX YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEMS! The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing! My policy was "PAID UP" as of the 17/08/2023 due to an issue I thought had been sorted out on 10/08/2023. I was assured that my premiums would be taken from my previous paid ones as I was informed, I had "credit". As it seems currently THAT WAS A BALD-FACED LIE!!!!! Today I received an email stating that my policy was paid up. Since it was a retirement annuity and only payable in 2039, means that LIBERTY HAS EFFECTIVELY STOLEN MY OVER R168 000!!!!!! As of my phone call to your call centre today, your system still states my premiums are paid until September. I was informed during that call it would take up to 48hrs to get feedback on the query as to why the policy was "PAID UP". THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!! This issue is not of my making. I no longer have the funds to reinstate my policy as I used the money, I had scraped together, to pay other debts owing. YOU HAVE PLACED ME IN AN UNTENABLE FINANCIAL SITUATION!!!!! FIX THIS ASAP OR YOU'LL HEAR FROM MY LAWYERS!
