When I owned a small pilot vehicle service. I worked with Miller on many runs. Lots of nuclear motors some as tall as 16 ft. I run mostly with John Grilley. He was very meticulous as a heavy haul driver. Most people have no idea what it takes to move these loads. Each state permits you on the roads you will be traveling. Myself as the front escort I had a computer with a Streets and Trips program. Before each load I would run what's called a survey. This is to make sure that all the roads are passably and what you may encounter along the way. I must say Miller and their drivers are some of the best I had ever worked for.
