Nope, it lasted about 2 years. Got another cheap replacement and will do this again in another 2 years prolly. Kind of a hassle, but a "good" catalytic converter is like $1200!! Fortunately these are easy to replace on this car.

I have a 2012 Honda Civic LX 1.8 l. I want to try and change it myself and buy one on eBay but I'm afraid that once I do it that it won't pass emissions because it's an aftermarket?
@danielames7611
@danielames7611 7 ай бұрын
I'm not aware of aftermarket cats having that problem. Passing emissions is kind of the whole point of replacing the cat, whether oem or aftermarket. The one drawback of aftermarket that I'm aware of is that they don't last nearly as long as a genuine oem part. The cat you see me install in this video died after 2 years. I'm due for another one already. A genuine part would still be functioning. If you don't mind swapping them out every 2 years, cheap ebay cats will save you a lot of money. If you want something that has a much better chance of lasting a very long time, then you'll want to spend the extra money (A LOT more money) on an oem part. Whatever you decide - good luck.

What if front loader doesnt want to work?
@danielames7611
@danielames7611 8 ай бұрын
Well I'm no expert by any means, but if the front loader doesn't work, but you can still drive it around, I would suspect the joystick mechanism. If it won't drive either, you either have hydraulic leak, or your pump is dead. If you can get it to a real expert, I recommend that above my advice.

Can you possibly help me? I have an 06 350z vq35 (DE) and I’m getting a code p1084. I changed the the camshaft position sensor on bank 1 bc I had got that code first and it’s a straight plug. I changed it and once I put my battery back on I received the code p1084. I researched it and found out it’s a code referring to the camshaft position sensor so I assumed it was on the driver side so I ordered it (the one with the angle) and when I pulled out the sensor on the driver side it’s also straight and I don’t have any sensors on that driver side with and angle. I have video and pics I just can’t upload them for you to see. Is that possible or am I missing that sensor with the angle. The one on the driver side says a29640 c20 on it and when I look up that part number it says camshaft position sensor for Nissan

Great video! I’m trying to find an implement to use as a hand broad fork, to dig and slightly loosen garden beds. The soil has already been plowed and tilled so it looks like this would be a good fit??? Is it strong enough to do this??

Hmm.. I feel like these would be too long for that. If I come in too steep and stab them into the ground more than a few inches deep, my tractor usually can't lift them out. (My tractor is small, mind you). They're really long and the mechanical disadvantage is something you have to work with. Maybe if you found something with shorter tines? Or if you have a bigger tractor? I don't think it would work well with my little 24hp... Good luck in your search!

I bought a 2”hitch receiver mount for $ 20 years ago and welded to to top of the bucket, in the same place. It allows me to move trailers, attach a wench if I want. I usually have have a mount with a tow shackle clevis on it for pulling stumps and lifting things. I can share any of the mounts with my truck.
@mars1952
@mars1952 Жыл бұрын
You beat me to it. I was going to say, grind all of that crap off of your ball mount and weld a receiver to your bucket. Later you can make or buy mounts for a shackle or a chain grab hook. You could also make a boom that mounts in the receiver and is supported by the front of the bucket. The list is endless.
