OMG I am sooooo dumb but you have saved the day! I just got a stainless steel version of the Lowery stand. I ended up needing the extended bar and corner clamp, as I sit in an office chair, and use Q Snaps. The idiot I am, is that I didn't have the corner clamp on correctly. I was struggling trying to figure out how it should be used, as the tightener was in the way, and the bar was in the way, having to reaching under/around the stand. What a dunce. I needed to flip the clamp upside down and voila, left corner or right is available, bar and stand are out of the way, no reaching over, under, around. Goodness - thanks - seeing yours here and I just LOL at my stupidity. Greatly relieved after seeing this.

I'm so glad I found this! I struggled with Attic24's written instructions and pictures for this blanket. I gave up in the end and used the yarn to make her easy ripple blanket instead. Now I'll go back and give it another go. Thanks so much!

Thank you for this tutorial. I found it helpful, and it's just the right length for when I put my blanket down long enough to forget the pattern, and once helped me find a mistake at the beginning of a row. You've helped me get straightened out quickly. Thank you!

If you wanted to do more rows of the granny stitch rows do you just repeat the first and second rows?
@cloudydaez Жыл бұрын
I found your pattern on the internet and I’m doing an extra 2 rows of granny stitch, the problem is that my stitch count changes in the granny pattern so by the time I get to the rows of double crochet the stitch count is not the same as the starting chain and I’m getting a lopsided blanket 🙁 I decided to search on YT and here you are with the same blanket so I’m really pleased about that as I need to watch you closely as you do the granny stitch part so I end up with an even blanket. Thank you so much!

I have just bought this keyboard and was having the same problems. I came here looking for answers, as you did. I have now worked it out for myself and you probably have too by now, but for anyone visiting this video in the future asking the same question, here is the answer: Shift key and @ on the No. 2 key and Ctrl and £ on the No. 3 key. 😃

I agree lovely tutorial - only one problem I am getting - is carrying the yarn along at the back of your work - is can be seen especially when you are skipping the two stitches - and the yarn that you are carrying can easily pulled back out of the row - an I missing something- ??

I’m so happy that I found your video! I have begun a HAED with 36” scroll rods. I didn’t want a large frame to hold it and ended up buying the Lowery work stand with extender “L” bar. Previously, I had been using a hoop but just wasn’t comfortable. Thank you for sharing this!

Hi. Followed this pattern in photo tutorial on Attic24 and watched your tutorial which is so clear, but, I'm having problem with the SKIP LAST STITCH on row 5 & 10 etc. I really don't know where I'm going wrong, the edge has got massive steps and my stitch count and '3 tripple clusters' are getting less and less. I've read all the questions, obviously nobody else is having this problem. Heeeelp! (please)
