You created a much better design. More elegant, less fussy, more flexible than those commonly available. And your craftsmanship is impeccable.

Hey, noticed that the Baron pattern doesn't say that it needs rivets. What can you use in place of rivets if you don't have any?

Love these and thankful for the FREE print files. The fact you took the time to improve the pocket caddy game when it’s been stagnant for so long is huge. Solid content.

I made the first design a few days ago after seeing this vid, I’m really loving it so far it is rather a genius idea. Fair play and the pattern made it easier than my usual ‘reverse engineer it from a still image’ so thank you 🙏

Seems way more of a pain to put in things that have pocket clips. Now you need to pull out the organizer and then the item you want to grab versus just pulling the knife or light from your pocket. The only thing this helps is it keeps things together for loading your pockets quicker, but at point of use it is a pain (both styles). I think there is soomething there that could still be improved upon, but these are still a bit limiting.

I made my own too and I concluded that pocket organizers are useless. It’s more material in your pocket and you have to fish through the organizer to get your stuff rather than grabbing it immediately while loose in your pocket. I figure that pocket organizers are here to carry little extras things that don’t need a bag but still bulky enough to require organization. But if that’s the case, a small sling/messenger works way better.

I’d love to see your take on the belt mounted version of these. I’ve been considering making one to get a few things out of my pockets and this design looks great but I’d be worried about retention

Yup, versatility is an awesome consideration. I did find the fixed middle stitches limiting options.

My biggest issue with the aluminum sandwich minimalist wallets is they require two hands. If I’m holding my daughter and I need to get a card out, it’s a pain in the ass. With a thin leather bifold I can easily get cards out and put them back with one hand. The design of the metal sandwich just doesn’t make logical sense.

Definitely fresh look. Uses quite more leather tho, plus you'd have to fish stuff out of the big one. That would get old real fast.

Thanks for this video. It was one of several I watched when trying to decide on a bag, and it helped. I have the bag and love it (pounced on a 25% off sale at B&H). Spacious but with a sleek(ish) profile. As for the "external carry system": The loops are good for attaching shock cords (you can buy additional ones on Amazon) and carabiners. I have a carabiner attached to a retractable keychain cord attached to a "Spudz" microfibre cloth pouch. Good for a quick wipe. On the side pocket access: it's actually a slight chore to get a camera like a Canon R7 out of it and so the theft risk while carrying strikes me as pretty low. That said I am able to rig up a shock cord to attach to the zip pull end as at least a deterrent; a thief would have to be pretty familiar with the bag to make any unnoticed progress. In terms of space: I fit a Canon R6 with an RF-24-105 F4 (lens hood on) in the attic/top compartment, and filled the rest of the main space with an RF 35 1.8, RF16 2.8, an R7 with the 18-150 in the side pocket area, a Canon G7Miii, and choice of RF 100-400 or RF 100 2.8, all with wiggle room. Plus a Macbook Air. I wouldn't carry all that other than flying for a trip, but it gives a good idea. Thanks again.

Unfortunate that the side pocket only has one Zipper. If it had two, I would be able to easily zip tie them together or put a padlock on it to prevent unwanted opening from people
