The "new covenant" of Jeremiah 31:31-34 is where the name "new testament" comes from. In the original Hebrew, the term "new testament" is actually used. Isaiah 53 is one of the most beautiful scriptures in the Bible. But the Jews, according to the Talmud (oral torah), have changed the "Suffering Servant" from Yeshua Messiah to "Israel." This is an example of the "blindness of the Jews" foretold until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in. Jews follow the fictional oral torah instead of the actual written word of their own Tanakh (Old Testament). This has been THEIR choice and THEIR custom since the fall of the Temple. Only 2 forms of Judaism survived the fall of the Temple in 70 AD. 1) Rabbinical Judaism (Tanakh interpreted through the lens of the oral torah that was created by the Pharisees & carried on by Jewish sages throughout the centuries) 2) Messianic Judaism (Tanakh interpreted through the lens of the New Testament and the greatest rabbi of all. Yeshua.) Theologically, there is NO difference between Messianic Judaism and Christianity. The only difference today is that we refer to Jewish believers as Messianic Jews and Gentile believers as Christians. But even Messianic Jews will tell you that they are also "Christian" in the sense that "Christian" simply means "Messiah follower." "Christ" is the Greek for "Messiah." ALL forms of Judaism (Rabbinical, Orthodox, Progressive, etc) and ALL forms (denominations) of Christianity are derived from the only 2 forms of Judaism that survived after 70 AD. ALL of them. True fact. "Christianity" *IS* Judaism. Not a "new" or "different" religion as the Jews proclaim. Traditional, Rabbinical Judaism is actually the "new," apostate religion. The oral torah was actually found no where in the Bible or even in any historical records at all until a couple hundred years AFTER the resurrection of Yeshua. The New Testament scripture started appearing almost immediately, and was completely finished in the form we know today before the end of the first century, long before the Talmud/oral torah began. Because the oral toral was written IN OPPOSITION to the New Testament. Which is why it contradicts the actual written word so much. The Jews themselves, at least the leadership and the rabbis, are 100 percent to blame for the "blindness of the Jews." So it is a very special blessing when a Jewish person overcomes the lies, hatred and stigma of Yeshua that is taught in Judaism. Hallelujah! Tree of Life Ministries has a GREAT video that explains how Isaiah 53 is THE FORBIDDIN CHAPTER in Judaism, and real Israeli Jews coming to find the Messiah (or not) in this beautiful verse. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ma2qbKWHr8XPZqc.html *And Messianic Judaism is spreading like wildfire in Israel itself today!* AMEN! *A MUST WATCH!* Overcoming Jewish bias against Yeshua IN ISRAEL: Part 1: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rLh4o9eZrqnXdYE.html Who is the Greatest Jewish Leader of all time? I accepted Jesus when I was 15, but in my journey I have run across way to many False christians. Who try to force their brand of Christianity onto others. My Mother was a very strong Christian woman all her life, raised 9 children and worked for 22 yrs as a Janitor at the school system and my H.S. i saw her 1 day sweeping the floors and I ran up to her and hugged her and said Mama , my friends and classmates were taken aback. I was into sports and was pretty well known but I was very proud of both of my Parents. We were of Puerto Rican descent my dad an Engineer in the Army for 32 yrs and then a Civilian 1 until he retired. We were not welcomed at 1st because we moved into an All white community. And my Moms English wasn't that good nor was the rest of us . I spoke German and Spanish but English not so well. 1 of neighbors spoke German and I overheard her speaking and started a conversation with her . Our Families became very close as did her 2 sons and I. 1 of her sons was Gay did not find out until he was 17 and I was 18, I did not turn my back on him nor did my Mom, He died at a young age of 27 of Cancer. my Mom and his Parents were by his side. Whereas I wanted to be there but being in the Military , I was overseas . Everyone that were suppose to be his friends and people we all went to church with were nowhere . No cards No Prayers Silence. At his funeral our family and his even his Mother and mine soured on their churches.

Hallelujah! Such a great testimony and you look like a very kind gentle person Sir. I came to Christ due to experiences. I was an antitheist as I didn't want to hear about him, but I was also agnostic so left the opportunity for a God to exist. I kept praying for months because of the wickedness in this world. And one night I humbled myself before the Lord. I changed from being confused daily, being overstressed, daily anger issues, etc. And I always keep praying to be more better. Jesus is the best thing that has ever happened to me. God bless you Sir.

He was actually on the verge of homelessness at the time he accepted Jesus (6:19). God tells us in the Hebrew scriptures, more times than anything else, to not be afraid. Jews can have peace without Jesus. Nowhere in the Hebrew scriptures does it say that to be right with God, we must believe the Messiah is God incarnate and dies for the sins of humanity. God did not give us the Torah just to show us that we could not keep it but rather "so that you can fulfill it" (Deuteronomy 30v14).
@ISRAELMediaMinistrie
@ISRAELMediaMinistrie Ай бұрын
@@avnerstein4776 the Torah can only be fulfilled through Yeshua. Everything on the Torah points to the human sin that separates us from a Holy God. The sacrifices are the shadow of the real and one and only solution which is the sacrifice of the Messiah Himself.
