Like, just think about this. Remember that one memory you have, that cool moment, that made you feel really happy? You were living then. At one point that was the only present you knew. Maybe you were thinking about the cool cabin in the mountains you went to with your family that one time. You were alive then. That was the present. But now it's been years and so much has changed and now this is your present. You wish you could just teleport back... but you can't. That's the point- take care of your present. Don't let it just flow away without another thought. Be glad you have the present. Because the 'present' is really being blessed enough to get to have these moments.
