Does it have a capacitor? Ours needed a warm up by clicking the button multiple times around 10 minutes after that it works normal

Its called rubbing block. its made out of cast iron the polished to a mirror finish. hard to find.....i made my own tools

I cant help but notice the sparks coming only from where you got your fingers touching the blade, very strange.

in order to see or to read the sparts yu need to know the parts on the plate other way youll not going to be able to understand, this is a complex work and a lot of people that are not in at least 20 years experience will not get the idea or point. there is a lot misleading information that people put in the buyers mind that is not true.
