I think the main thing that I really took away from this video is your point about being addicted to self help. Everyday after school I come home to watch videos on how to improve my work ethic and help myself to become a better human being in general, but I never really put that information to use. You’ve helped me realize that to improve myself I really do need to take time away from the self help videos, and use the information I have gained from them to help me be successful. Thank You!!!

I love mine so much! I went with silver and i kinda regret it and wish I would’ve gone with the pink/orange. But anyway, I bought silicone covers for mine cause there’s no way I’m gonna workout with them and get them all sweaty and nasty lol they sale some amazing ones on Amazon and a bunch of cute accessories too!

I appreciate a lot how you touch on subjects like negative self-talk or self-fulfilling prophecies! Also I like how you seem to have a good amount of self reflection to view things realistically! The only thing I would like to mention is, that as an ADHD person myself, it seems insensitive to me to force an introverted person to be more extroverted when it doesn't fit their lifestyle. I agree that this is a choice and somewhat a habit, but many ADHD people deal with issues of being highly sensitive to their surroundings and going outside a lot to be with people does more harm than good. So maybe going outside in moderation for a start could be more helpful than changing something drastically. Apart from that I like your basic take on things and that many bad habits come from conditioning ourselves, also our brains don't like change 😂I agree a lot on the part where habits should not be based on motivation/inspiration! Just being productive for a limited amount of time daily is enough to feel like you accomplished something! I wish you the best and I root for you that you get your driver's licence soon! ❤

With things that have to do with changing ur habits it’s always best to do it little by little, personally with my experience with adhd the things I was speaking about and the methods worked best for me but I always forget just because that’s my experience doesn’t mean it’s everyone’s, and taking things day by day is always best and what I meant to say:)
