You need to push in and twist the charging handle until it seats into the BCG, a lot of peeps don't know this...

I love mine and use a 1 to 4 variable scope with number 4 German ridicule... only complaint is it hates P mags.. loves steel though

Just got these in the mail today. Gonna test them out in the match in the weekend. Here i Norway I bought the 18 round mag. Personally I like the blue tip, I also like the big plate as well. Oh yeah, extremely cheap imo.

Norinco's have a good reputation here in New Zealand, in general. There are thousands of .22 rifles and many of these shotguns. Never heard a bad word about them. They have the cheaper price and seem to be reliable enough. Sure, who is expecting perfection at the price point? And there is support at NZ's largest gun shop with regional branches.

The M10X was not short of amazing! Pleasant to shoot with a soft recoil. A game change! BTW we baought the latest one and i take hogs down at 200 yards with zero issues. So it does shoot straight.

Which Do you like better the pump or the semiautomatic folding shotgun?

I am interested in getting one of these for an elk rifle as I am a really big Merkel fan and I have found a 300 Win Mag for sale. Only problem is, I can’t find much information about them. Given what I have been able to find out, this rifle might fit the bill. Does anyone know how the 300 Win Mags shoot? From what I’ve read, the rifles in other chamberings favor lighter, faster loads. Does that hold true for the 300s? I hunt with lead free so I hunt with lighter bullets. Thanks.

I don't know how true the story is, but I have a memory of reading somewhere, a long time ago, of an Anson that was night flying over Britain during the War and popped out of a cloud layer, right in front of a Heinkel 111. The Anson gunner promptly opened fire and shot the entire 100 rounds, in one long burst, into the Heinkel cockpit, which kind of settled things very finally for that crew. Back on the ground, the armourer Sergeant was outraged when he heard about it and put the gunner on a charge - apparently, regulations said "short bursts" when firing the gun to avoid warping the barrel and a full drum in one go didn't count as a short burst. The squadron CO thought a gun barrel for a Heinkel was a fair trade and dismissed the charge.

To be fair, the charging hand can be difficult to fully seat and lock into place; you have to push it in and turn it, which can be tricky. That said, I got rid of mine and bought a SIG 556R; I get the AK experience and don't have to deal with any of these teething problems/warranty bullcrap.
