i've had meniere's for over 25 years. i've tried EVERYTHING. i've had ringing in my ears both ears for over 15 yrs. i done every diet and tried every meds or supplements. i started carnivore 12/26/23. tinnitus has gone out of my left ear. my right/affected ear has gone way down. the low sodium didn't do anything for me. i hope this diet helps you but maybe also try cutting out all carbs from your diet. i wished i had found carnivore 25 yrs ago. good luck to you. the vertigo is awful.

Some people go to a physiotherapist for many months to perform these exercises, when it is more convenient to do them here in the comfort if your home.

I research about Total Communication. It was so risky because I had bad sign language, poor English, and a lack of speech in a mainstream school. While my parents spoke Spanish and didn't even know how to sign language. I looked like I was a language deprivation. Why can't they do a donor Cochlear implant instead of having a plug sticking out of your head? They do it with organs? I mean, today, they have Leadless pacemakers the size of vitamin capsules implanted in the ventricles, eliminating the sub-clavicle bulging!

Hello. I just gotten back from my ENT appointment and was more or less told that there is something wrong with my vestibular nerve and am being referred to vestibular PT. This all came out of no where when I was in a restaurant and was hit with extremely bad vertigo where I was hospitalized overnight. Ever since the incident I have had no terrible balance and my vision will not track correctly. I cannot drive and car rides are terrible. We all know how healthcare system is so there is no knowing how long I will be waiting to be seen by the PT. I will start with this today and check back in and let you know how this helps. What if you have it in both ears??

I think tinnitus for me is due to food intolerances/allergies. I stopped all caffeine sources ie chocolate, coffee, black/green/mate tea even decaf and pulsatile/ringing tinnitus went away within days. Hearing came back to normal too. Another trigger is cinnamon. White chocolate was also a trigger even though it does not contain cocoa powder/caffeine. I think i’m intolerant to the entire cocoa bean, as white chocolate is made with cocoa butter

I've cleaned my ears with q-tips for 40yrs. Haven't had any problems but in saying that i also used to smoke crack.

Wrong because the spinning sensation last a lot longer than 30 seconds and the problem is laying on the back and unless you have a hard surface which most beds don't this is not going to work

Not what causes tinnitus and it can be cured the doctors just want to make money

My problem with vestibular neuritis originally began with a serious B12 deficiency diagnosis. My symptoms were tachycardia, intense fatigue, dizziness, and mental confusion, rapid heartbeat, palpitations, skipped beats and landed me in the ER twice in 3 weeks. After I began B12 injections twice per week and my levels rose to around 700 PG/ML, I started treating my vestibular symptoms. To note untreated B12 deficiency can cause vestibular issues. My vestibular treatment was the following: Anti-Viral 500MG x 2 per day, Dr. Cho's exercises in the morning, and 50MG Meclizine x 2 per day. It took me 3 -4 days worth of morning exercises replaying this video. He's right you have to work up to all of them from beginning to end, pacing yourself. I can now stand on 1 foot for 10 seconds each foot but when I first started I could only do 2-3 seconds each foot. I'm also drinking tons of water throughout the day. I'm 1 full week into the above treatment, including everything written above, and I'm feeling about 85% healed. I even ran on the treadmill and did the stair climber. 1,2, or 3 months ago, actually even 2 weeks ago, none of it would have been possible. I was laying in bed crying most of the time. Afraid I was having a heart attack and dying. Thank you Dr. Cho for being part of my recovery.
