all those connectors are for rigidity ... one tank connector on a sport bike is like oversized front wheels on a chopper. ok maybe not ... but they really do get to the nitty gritty even as far as how the gas sloshes in it.

My 2003 ZZR1200 is a very low mileage bike, only, 3875 miles on it. It showed a few marks on the clutch basket. I installed the Tension Tamer, as shown in this video. You don't cram it against the bottom of the Hyvo chain, so it does not eat up the tensioner guides, you just snug it finger tight, and lock nut it there with around 7.5 ft. lbs. of force. There is around .010" movement when adjusted properly. That's it. Great product, works as advertised. I have a machine shop, it would have cost me more in time spent to set up the machines to make this assembly, so let's be real. Also, a sleeve on the pin to stop the linkage does not give you a way of adjusting the tension to set it right, you would have to take it on and off a few times to get it right. A lot cheaper in time and effort than making it yourself. It's only $60 bucks.

I love the videos! I bought a ZX-11 new in 1992 and have had the carbs cleaned many times. The bike is mint . The only time it suffers any damage is when its in the shop!!! And last time the carbs cost me $1100! Next time I'll try it my self. Thanks for the videos

Hi I have just bought a Big Z and your show is Awesome, Thanks for all your tips as I have a problem with mine but it is different to yours, my fuel and oil pressure lights don't come on sometimes at all, I think it is a wiring or ignition switch problem if you have any tips that would be greatly appreciated but if it's not something you've had before I'll let you know what I find. Cheers mate

My won’t ever go off! Seems like we have a similar issue. My battery constantly drains and my solenoids click after I turn the bike off. 😅 I’m going to strip her down and see if any leads have been grounded and replaced that fuel tank sensor and solenoid

Hi love the show it is very entertaining, I was wondering if you could help me though, I have just bought a J reg I think it is a C1 but it doesn't turn over, it is a new battery and if I bridge out the starter solenoid it turns over strong but it won't start off the button, I have checked everything from switch earth connections but no luck I am now leaning towards the CDI unit but as it is a bit expensive I thought I would ask your advice and see what you thought before I buy a new CDI unit. Thanks, John.
