For ur first try that is great. I’ve actually never tried waves really yet, other than in a pendant and it wasn’t too impressive but I’ve watched enough videos to know now that when doing waves ur supposed to use a thicker resin. Let’s resin regular epoxy is quite thin so I would maybe try the fast cure if u try again.

Hello Rita🤗 Thank you!! On the egg, I use a vacuum chamber, I put my resin in there before I pour into the mold.

Hi Mary, for you first time, doing waves, in coasters, you did great. If you really want to learn/improve your technique, watch @artisttildeath Erika is an amazing tutor on resin beach waves. She breaks everything down, step by step. It is incredible the knowledge she has and everything is explained in simple, easy to follow instructions. Hope this helps ♥️💐💐

These are beautiful Mary! It’s surprising that you’ve never made them before. I saw an artist put down UV resin then blow bubbles in a cup of dish soap and water. They put the bubble/foam on top of the UV resin then cure it with the light. Once cured, wipe water away and it leaves beautiful sea foam effect. I’ll try to remember the artists name so you can check it out

Beautiful. Such a lovely memory gift to have I don't know if you ever noticed it, but when I've been on a plane I've actually noticed there's the barest hint of a green in the sunset as well where the blue meets the yellow
