That's an interesting way of doing the patterns competition getting the judges undivided attention although it must take a bit longer.

As a WTF tkd practitioner, I find it weird how the person moves in like a sine wave . Why ?
@Madheim777

action and reaction. you get more power relaxing and finally tensing your body to harden it. the wave pattern allows to prepare your body to release the technique with strength. start slow, end fast, sort of.

Hi, ma'am kindly show the steps in slow motion for beginners, and also show the position of fist and legs before that'll help us to follow and practice as well.

I never passed a grading exam except for the yellow belt and I got a special red belt without grade test ! Our teacher gave it to me cause I was skilled as a kid but it was his personal belt actually it wasn’t official but I used to wear it ! I still remember like if it was yesterday

He didn't finish in the same spot where he started but half-a-meter to his left. Plus, the rule is that after the last move the last leg that moved moves back into chunbi position, here that is not the case, he moved the back leg (left) to the right leg (front) instead of the opposite. Had he followed that rule he would have finished more than a meter to his left (off center), at the edge of the red square!

Very well taught ma'am, I've just passed green belt recently and am now learning all the blue stripe moves. Far be it for me to tell a 5th Degree black belt what to do, but don't forget your Kiai on the last move lol.

Very nice performance but movements 2 and 3 are not double punches. Proper description would be two times punching, or movements 2 and 3 linked together with a fast motion. Double punch describes same fist punching twice while flying.

Miss Cross, I enjoy the Yul-Gok pattern that you have demonstrated. You go into detail and do it a second time in slow motion. The step by step was good and I learn a lot from this pattern. Thanks for your demonstration. Can you video all the patterns that lead to the first degree in Taekwondo? I would love to see the demonstrations being done by you because I enjoy the demonstration that you did in Yul-Gok Tul. You have been doing a great job. Please continue your good work in Taekwondo.

The hardest part I find about this is the wrist placement.. Back fist to back fist. Front fist to front fist, etc. 🤷
