How to get the board anchor there without floating around?
@judithwebster5787 Жыл бұрын
So very helpful and I enjoyed it thoroughly! I had my sup in my pool in Florida. Not a beginner to yoga, but a beginner to paddleboard. I very much appreciated combining my 2 favorite things! Thank you x 1000 and Namaste🙏🏼

This is great. Do you use an anchor?
@peacesofme3 жыл бұрын
Yes use an anchor

You can see that the board it tied with a rope to something by its nose. Also, she doesn't have a paddle with her. I think if you want to go somewhere further from the land, you need an anchor + your board should have a paddle holder (or other way to firmly secure your paddles). Otherwise it's easy to knock the paddle off the board, sink it and be stranded in the middle of the lake.

Great info Ryan. Could you expand over ideas on hr level intervals for off-season/pre-season/racing-season? That would be awesome. Thanks

Really useful tips. Thank you! Could you maybe make the font black if it's on a white surrounding? Difficult to read otherwise.
