Some of the problems I've seen were Nick's complicated defense with players always looking around wondering what to do at the last second. Got burned way too much because of it

Wommack’s defenses have been excellent at forcing turnovers, in basketball good shooting covers a multitude of errors, in football forcing turnovers covers a lot of errors. His defenses have also been really good on 3rd down, the last few years we’ve lost games where our D struggled to get off field on 3rd down. Excited to see what this looks like

Two guys I like along the defensive line is Isaia Faga and Hunter Osborne both of those guys look ready to contribute. RTR

Kane is an expert on the 4-2-5 defense I’m excited, from time to time you will get burned but the opposing quarterback better be ready to get the ball out quick!

Starting fast on defense is a good strategy to have, especially with a young defense. Although most offenses run scripted plays the first couple drives so it’s always difficult starting fast on defense. RTR

Winning games with the higher score than the opponent wins championships. Defense is just one facet of it.

Sorry, you don't have the best defensive mind in the world to direct the DC and DB Coaches to do what they need to do....

Not excited about Wommack as DC. Think that will be the problem.

For young DBs it’s all about tackling if a young DB can tackle then he’s good enough to play. Tackling is how you gain coaches trust that they belong on the field. Everything else you have to learn through game reps. RTR

Will Anderson was a no brainer on film. Anyone who knows how to evaluate film knew that will Anderson was gonna play day 1. Some players you just know. Just like Jaylen waddle I knew he’d play day 1 at bama as well. RTR

Morning, Roll Tide! Gotta love all the early optimism from us fans. Lets all pump the breaks a little, cause we have no idea what this things gonna look like or feel like yet. 1st year Coach's in the SEC ordinarily will struggle quite a bit. Will be no surprise to see a loss in 1st couple games. So, hang on a minute and lets be realistic in our expectations. Im sure Coach Deboer will get the Tide Rolling again eventually if given a chance... RTR!!!!

Per my evaluation: Ryan Williams looks like a freshman, he’s behind technique wise, RICO Scott looks like he’s going to be a dude. Yonzhae pierre has bulked up a bit . Hunter Osborn looks ready to compete for playing time. King Mack looks like a linebacker lol
