The most annoying shi* on any vehicle ... our mdx would literally just die down in the middle of traffic. Like itd turn off the vehicle completely.. and theres no feature to turn it off permanently. I guess u gotta purchase a by pass wiring to completely shut this feature off. Fu You Acura

Looking back, I probably should have bought a used MDX instead of a TL. Oh well. Both are cool cars regardless.

Thank you for this video! I have a question though. I have gotten stuck using this feature because sometimes I’m trying to take off quickly, like if I’m at a security gate or in a line and I mistakenly press the Drive button and then my car gets stuck. I’ll press the gas, press the brake hold button with my foot on the brake, press drive again, press the gas pedal, to no avail. I’ll be pressing buttons for minutes while everyone is just looking at me and eventually the car will move. How do I release the brake hold in these scenarios? I have a 2023 Acura TLX.

That safety feature does more harm than good. Almost crashed because of it. The rdx slammed on the breaks so hard when I was already breaking and was not even close to crash.

The first thing I did with my 22 MDX is get rid of factory tires, they are not very good for Canadian winters, I have all weather tires now and together with MDX’s SH-AWD system they perform very good in winter conditions.

X5 will destroy MDX from a performance standpoint, one reason to choose the X5, my mom has the MDX and my dad is getting the X5 very soon and I love both cars (and am def glad to be able to have both) but the X5 is def worth the extra $$$ if you don’t need the space of the MDX (despite not being any nicer than the MDX on the inside)

Do you know if dealerships will ship out of state if customers are willing to pay for and find their own shipping carrier? Also, are dealerships allowed to sell to out of state buyers if the customer pays cash as opposed to financing? I'm trying to buy an Integra but there aren't many to choose from locally in my area, so I have to shop nationally.
