to video mi neřeklo vůbec nic. Abych si přečetla co umí, stačí popis přístroje, video na čtení nepotřebuju. Ale očekávám od něho ukázku jak se co nasazuje a k čemu slouží. Pro Braun vyhozené peníze, pro mne ztracený čas.

My sealing ring fell in the cup when I screwed the blade on and got blended. I emailed Braun twice and have had no response about how to get a replacemt. That's pretty disappointing

It'd be great if you actually had some customer support. I just purchased this and it doesn't have the dicer. Despite multiple youtube channels showing it. I'm not impressed so far.

This would be impossible to clean right ? Because the pipe retracts inside when released. This means there will be some food on the inside of the shaft. Poor design ?

I believe this video is just showing the mashing attachment for this machine. It comes with different attachments. A regular immersion blender attachment should not be used to blend/mash potatoes because of the speed and action of a regular blender blade renders the starches in potatoes gummy.

This video is useless. The small part he attached before the tall one is a speed converter. This comment is a supplement to the starch comment. The device being black and rather slim did not help at all. I watched a Kenwood video and it made sense. They also filmed better angles.

Always having a hard time with the safety switch. Whatever I do it will sometimes turn on and at times it just won’t turn green! Can anyone help with this issue? Is there a way to remove this feature altogether?

Same here, got the most expensive blender in the market and we are about to get a $20 one that we can actually use. You don't know how many times we have given up not knowing how to unlock it! 😢
