yeah the 6700 is definitely bottlenecking it because i have a 2060 and it runs much better on high setting

I have nearly aame specs but with 16 gb ram and i5 3470. But sometimes usually in cities the system unable to keep up the car stops abruptly and game shows low streaming bandwith. Anyone knows the solution?

I have a gtx 950, i5-11500, and 16gb of ram. the gpu really bottlenecks the system and I cant play games that good. I think a rtx 3060 will be good. but I want a new console for gta 6 since its comeing out soon and I cant afford both. plus I just spent a lot on a new phone.
