Hello, I have a green box in my yard and it fills with water. Is there something that needs to be turned off inside the green yard box?

I have a liftmaster the door will open once then if I lift it again it will stop in the up position and all power shuts off. In about 20 seconds it will light up again. After trouble shooting I could hear a clicking in the motor and could bump the motor and have the lights come back on. I checked the boards and couldn't see a bad soder. Any ideas.

Lost tech - distributor points file from pre-electronic ignition in a 50s to 70s car. Try to keep the point so that they maintain contact across the whole surface. This minimizes the current density and minimizes the chance for further arcing.

Should've oiled the bearings on the other side of the motor, too, while you had it apart.

Thank you! I just followed instructions, unscrewed both relief valves as I didn’t see any debris in #1. Upon reinstall and water turned back on, leak is gone! Will check back tomorrow. Thanks for the video!

Thank you for this. I had the problem where my garage door would just click and not move. Determined that was circuit board. My lift master is so old I had to buy a used board off of eBay but followed your instructions( good tip on color coding the wires). $30 with shipping and I’m back in business. Thank you. Subscribed.

You’re a really tidy guy. It’s nine years later now. Are you still tidy and meticulous, or did you give it all up for assisted living? Or, are you the maintenance guy at the assisted living place?

Thank you for excellent video. My Maytag washer was directly start agitating without filling water either at the beginning OR during rinse. I suspected it is timer, so used your video as guide to repair it and saw 2 pins got shorted inside, so separated them, filed and put it back. It is working fine now. You saved me $100+ just for part and repairmen asked $300 parts+labor for repair. It hardly took 30 min to do this repair myself using your video. Part that I repaired was W10111389.

Spatula? Plastic knife? Sure these work, but I've used a stiff 1.5" putty knife. Plus the putty knife is stiffer which makes it much easier to use. AND the wife isn't gonna complain you "ruined" her spatula! There is plenty of room to slip it under the control panel without risking scratching the washer, just make sure the putty knife is clean and rust free and you won't scratch any paint

My door is closing and then coming right back up. Nothing to do with the sensors since I eliminated them when I had the unit installed a while back. My kids are grown and my dogs are never in the garage or near it.

Wow. Thanks Adam. Exactly what I needed to see. I have a spoon wrenched inbetween the grinder ring and the hopper wall. And now I know or guess that it is because that plate is wearing thin? I truly appreciate your video enough to subscribe.

I know this was possibly close to 10 years ago, but I want to say thank you very much for your assistance. I purchased this bookcase last week & I haven't been able to assemble due to physical reasons & today I was going to give it a whirl, but the military me knew there was a K.I.S.S. Method to the madness in the instructions. Your video has allowed me to take some necessary notes and also think of an idea. I was thinking of adding 2 long pieces of plywood in a criss-cross manner on the back for stability. Do you think that's doable?
