That's not a habit. It's a disfunction in the joint, mostly caused by other skeletar issues, or softer tissues. You cannot fix it with "breaking the habit" 😅😅😅

Love this . I have been massaging a lot of mums returning from school holidays. I remember, as a mum with three smaller kids being a pack horse, carrying everything from snacks, drink bottles, first aid bits & pieces and change of clothes × 3 ! Then, on my other shoulder, my own stuff. Misalignment and pain were the end results after a 2 week school holiday period.

Can get more out of this basic stretch for this "struggle. ".. this helps stretch opposite hip rotation. Try this additional step that will include stretching opposite hip, quods & hamstring hip area; for a deeper stretch Try flexing up your opposite leg ankle, i.e., toes pointing up towards your head, rotating inwards firmly, flexing hip forward & and holding, Make sure glutes are as relaxed as much as possible. Do your stretching as in this video . Deep breathe and relax your glutes , thigh muscles & joints. 😉 TRINITY HEALTH MASSAGE RENMARK AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺 ❤BOB & BRAD❤

I’m nearly 75 and have no trouble doing any of those movements with my hands. I put it down to the fact that I knit or crochet every day. My siblings….younger than me….have very bent and twisted fingers from arthritis…..but mine are still straight. I think the knitting has helped with that too…..!

So, interesting! I was always taught to be graceful it was heel-toe and long strides that cross slightly in front of the body. Yes, I even practiced with a dumb book on my head. No wonder Advil is my best friend now that I'm in my 50s 😂
