I reset the blinds to a new remote and it works, however the blinds come down in short spurts only. Not in a continuous way as before. This will kill the battery and take forever to lower one blind. Does anyone have any tips?

Our four year old honey comb shade with the “up or down” feature, has a broken string on the left side. I have been told that 1) they do not carry that string anymore and 2) they cannot send out a service technician to repair it! It would appear that S&N is not interested in standing behind their products and we will never buy from them again!

what do you do if your cellular shades don't want to retract? Cordless, Top Down/Bottom up.

This is not an instruction video. This is a promo. If the instructions were as clear as they said, I wouldn't be here trying to figure out why the drawing in the instructions doesn't match what was sent to me.

The 5th wave is showing the seam... that is the problem with using narrow fabric. Wide fabrics at 116 or 118" are ideal to create a perfect wave drapery without seam showing. If the height is standard 96" or less, the fabric can be railroaded and it resolves this non-esthetic problem.

Great information if you haven’t priced custom window treatments before.

Nice but nowhere in your video or the package sent does it say what kind of batteries you need for this kind of shade.

Please create individual installation videos for your specific treatments. The printed instructions for cordless up and down honeycomb shades are not complete enough and are missing how to put on the handles at the end. This video is very general, skips over steps, and is not helpful.
