My brother had this machine, had to have back glass repainted and had more of the Indian squads cleavage showing, played it everyday, easy to win on..like 60s and 70s machines the best. Growing up near Avila beach in Calif in 60s was the best, pinball arcade right across the street from beach...great times...

i used to play this a lot. it was a very well set out machine for the player. sadly for the owners, a skilled person could play this for hours on one coin. not a great money earner but sure was great to play... Cosmic Princess (Australian version) by Stern was an awesome pinball too.

A truly great pinball machine. And didn’t notice until now that at least one of the sounds is identical to that in the video game Defender!

Oh wow those holes just to the sides of the playfield next to the flippers is particularly mean. No easy ball cradling for you.

So many little nuances within this game to play with. It was a mind-bender to learn that the little mini-game in the corner allowed you to warp to advanced levels.

The easiest pinball we ever played as kids. There was one at the local bowling alley - we'd put in sixpence then after a couple of hours sell the 25 replays for two bob to the next player. The design problem was that when the post came up you could stand there all day just hitting the centre target, timing it so the 'tunnel' score was at its highest. Happy days; would love to play one again some day - what an amazing restoration you've done on this one!

I love Pinball, and I loved spy hunter, as a game programmer they kind of missed the mark with the original audio, and they missed the chance for "weapons van" upgrades IMHO, they should have had like those metal spikes or even bumpers manipulate ball travel, like in the star trek pinball having the shuttlecraft up high they should have had weapons van and different audio Restoration quality is top notch, well done, beautiful cabinet

One of the BEST Bally pins ever made. Such a simple design with easy rules, but man is it a blast to play. I’ve been subscribed to you for years and I recall you’re one of the original pinball KZfaqrs Doug, along with Matt Adams, and I truly appreciate you posting these videos. Thanks for the memories brutha and keep up the good work!

Just picked one up last night, mine keeps going after time runs out, must be extra cars earned you were talking about?

If you have earned extra cars then the game will end once you used up your extra cars. If you did not earn any extra cars then the game will end once the timer runs out.

Williams always loved using their sounds from other arcades. This one uses “robotron”.
@727PENGO
@727PENGO Ай бұрын
Robotron came out two years after Black Knight. Williams 1980 Firepower is where most of these classic William's games sounds originally came from. Most Williams pinballs and Video Games were using the same sounds that can be heard in Firepower.

Fantastic refurbish, brilliant machine.. Used to play this at the Amusement Arcades near the Beach when I was on Holiday with my family. I could hardly reach the Periscope..😁 The nearest I've ever gotten to the same experience is with a game called 'Steel Diver' on the Nintendo 3DS.. You hold the 3DS like a periscope, and literally turn around left or right to find the Ships to sink.. Full 3D and full gyroscopic movement..Great game.😉👍

I used to hustle pinball in college for beer money. That was '71-5. Klondike was my favorite, in the commons. I remember he reels were set up, 3 wagons free game, 3 lanterns free ball, etc. 3 games for a quarter. Been playin' since '56 and love 'em.

Can you send me a picture of the key , my dad passed and I have this machine I just need to know what key I'm looking for
@727PENGO
@727PENGO Ай бұрын
Each machine has a different key, or the locks have been changed over the years. Not all locks use the same style of key as well. The lock on this machine was changed. When I do not have the keys, I wind up drilling out the coin door lock. Usually, the key for the back door of the head is hanging on a hook that is located on the inside of the coin door or sometimes that key might be found somewhere else inside the game. If the head key is not inside the game, then that key would have to be drilled out as well.
