The adobada from Los Tacos No. 1 is al pastor, which is cooked in a traditional vertical spit-roast and served with pineapple. This style of cooking was introduced by Lebanese immigrants in Mexico. However, adobada and al pastor share similar similarities, but are slightly different. Al pastor is my go to if it’s cooked properly. You should try al pastor to be cooked well with a little char and mix in the pineapple chunks with some of the pineapple juice in the cooking process. This is a game changer. Los Mariscos is a gem! Those fish tacos definitely hit differently. Great content! 🔥
