Many years ago I trained in Oxford, England with a guy called Nino, but I haven't been able to track him down. He was from HK and came from quite a pedigree. Does the name ring a bell?

3 dummies! 🤣😂
@61countdown8 күн бұрын
That's not power. And you need to secure the frame that holds your dummy. Following it around like this destroys your form.

Why are the top arms put in with opposite heights from most other dummies that I've seen? The right arm is lower than the left which is opposite from what I've always seen before.

Fellas, this guy is teaching weak form. punches are half punching. terrible form.
@c1arkj12 күн бұрын
Your punching during the form is completely ineffective. Has no form on centerline or power. You are bringing our fist up half way then pushing forward. Needs to be on motion for any power behind it.

I'm happy that you're one of my subscribers. I believe that I had uploaded the first videos on KZfaq in 2010. Well, it's been 13 years since. I know of no one who has gone younger after 13 years. @wingchunshifu9 ай бұрын
Hi, I take no offense in someone telling me that I've gone older. No one can escape the time factor. In fact, I'm quite proud of being older. In Asia, you are respected for being wiser from age. The word for Mister or Sir in Chinese is 先生 (Xian Sheng), which literally translates to "Born before me." This is the respect you give those born before you. Also the word 老 (Lao), meaning Old, is used respectively as a title. The word for teacher is 老師 (LaoShi), means Old Teacher, which refers to the experience of the teacher. The word for boss is 老闆 (Lao Ban) is the title for the Big Boss or Top Gun. So, when someone tells me I'm old, I accept it as a compliment. As a young person, you will make many mistakes in life. Only when you get older that you become balanced. To the (self-proclaimed 😁) Fearless Warrior, I challenge him to be as fit as I am at 71. @@blackler3187
