Thank you very much!! Today is my second day using the Box and I was not able to figure out how to make it work on my TV other than unplugging it and plugging it back in. When I plugged it back in it automatically came on so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I know I have to pick the specific HDMI that I have it plugged into but that didn't seem to work either. It's a fairly new TV to me and I'm not familiar with all the different options, so its something I'm doing wrong, or not doing correctly. Dang Samsung TV!

I just tested it with glasses and it fits. You put on the glasses, remove the visor, wear the helmet and then put back on the visor.

The case for ducting is to push the dry air into a finished space when the dehumidifier is in an unfinished space, with a passive air return between the spaces. That's what the company shows on their web site.

When I asked this question to Alorair, this is what they replied: "The unit dehumidifies the air on the air intake side. This means that you need to keep the Sentinel HD55 in the same room you want to dehumidify"

Hello. I just bought a superbox s5 max. Now I have a hisense/roku tv ,I did the same thing you did to try and program my superbox remote to turn off my tv. It will not work. I know the rc200 superbox remote work because I tried it on my Sony tv, and it works fine. Any other settings that might be causing roku to not allow it to pair. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Only the ON/OFF didn't work or all the other buttons too? The programming is only for Infrared remotes, maybe your Hisense remote uses another technology like Wi-Fi or BT

Nope. I contacted superbox, and they said they could replace the remote, but as I mentioned, I had bought 2 superboxes. And the remotes work with my Sony tv. So I think it's the TV. I emailed roku but haven't heard back. Maybe soon. I will post if I hear anything. Thanks.

That's wonderful but you still need your Roku remote to get to the app that says SuperBox or how you have it programmed even if you use the input button for the Roku (🏠) key.

BUYER BEWARE!! Have had the tripod about 2 years, and was changing the battery on the camera shutter remote control clicker. A small piece of the housing for the clicker broke, making the device useless. I contacted their customer service dept, and requested to purchase another remote control clicker. The customer service rep advised they dont sell them separately, requiring me to purchase another tripod, to obtain a replacement remote control clicker. I can't imagine Im the only customer who has lost, damaged, or broken the remote control device, and the company should sell them as a stand alone product.
