Thanks for including Lhotshampa expulsion story in this video as some of them speak out against Bhutan's 1989 "One Nation, One People" policy, also known as Driglam Namza by the Bhutanese king that "forced" the practice of Druk culture, religion, and language on all Bhutanese residents, regardless of ethnic group.

Why not send the unexploded gas ordinance back to the Germans and let them deal with it. After all they are the ones that sent it in the first place.

one of the few benefits of a non-democratic country is that the society is not divided and fighting over politics every 4 years. They can't protest. We can, we do, but at the end nothing changes. So at the end we just waste time.

11:56 you can’t say the Chechens were using civilians as human shields. That’s an ignorant thing to say. They are in their home land fighting off a foreign conquest of their lands. Where are the supposed to fight in your home? There are civilians there that’s it. Russia didn’t care about them. Are the Ukrainian army using Ukrainian civilians as human shields? If you agree to say this let’s talk.

I am not sure what your message is intended to portray: a generally good or bad system? Having lived and worked in Singapore and passed through on vaction dozens of times, I feel that the article is highly misleading. If you compare the govermental incompetence of countries, such as my own, The United Kingdom, where some professional people, such as teachers, need to visit food-banks in order to get enough to eat - where prison staff routinely trade drugs with the inmates they are supposed to guard - where police forces are classified as 'institutionally racist' - there is no comparison. The ONLY reason that I now do not live in the republic is because I did not foresee the incredible development and economic growth of the nation when I first workled in the region - Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia during the 1980s. Residential property would have been affordable for me in those days. The 'penny did not drop' as it should have when I disembarked at Changi Airport from a Qantas flight from London on the March 2nd 1982. The cleanliness and orderliness were stunning - such a contrast from the depression-hit, riot-torn U.K. under the Margaret THATCHER regime which I had left with glee and to the great benefit of my psyche. No country is perfect. There are restrictions in all, without which we would have anarchy - some countries are close: Nigeria, Sudan etc.. Remember that Singapore is a very young nation. Some European states, by comparison, have existed for centuries. Greater political freedom will evolve there as it has in Europe. It is not that long ago that women could not vote in the U.K.. Yes, it is a 'fine-city' but the rules and laws are very clear: the landing card states in red capital letters: 'DEATH FOR DRUG TRAFFICKERS UNDER SINGAPOREAN LAW.' Then compare Singapore with the narco-terrorism of Colombia and Mexico, and drug use in parts of the major cities of the U.K. and the U.S.A.. There is NO opiod epidemic and there are no multiple homicides In Singapore. The politics of the U.S.A. do not look very healthy at present in spite of its precious written 'constitution' - which does not apply to the inmates of the Guantanamo prison under US control (we do NOT even have a written constitution in the U.K., only an unelected monarchy and an unelected House of Lords). Given the choice of living in Singapore or Europe then I would choose Singapore if I could afford it. But, should vistors and citizens alike wish to leave, then they are perfectly free to do so and citizens can take their all of their CPF (compulsory savings) assets with them. There is total freedom of tranfer of assets, which is more than could be said during Prime Minsister Harold WILSON's regime. What is even more remarkable is what Singapore has done without any natural resources other than sunshine, fresh air and the intellectual assets of its people. The Education system is about the best in the World. They have no oil, no natural gas, no coal, no gold, no lumber, no gemstones and not even enough fresh water, which is imported from Malaysia. What have the millions of Pounds worth of coal exported from the valleys of Wales done for its residents - what has the oil wealth from the North Sea done for the people of the U.K.? Thatcher squandered most of it on the dole-queues during the 1980s when unemploymemt trebled under the Con Party. Unlike Norway the U.K. did not amass any sovereign wealth fund from its oil resources. Best go yourself to judge the nation state. Leave the touristic areas such as Orchard Road and see how and where the locals live. Clean, safe and organised - where the young people do not have the nihilistic grunge look of the Western World. I cannot imagine a better nation in which to raise teenage children. See how you can visit a club or a restuarant at any time of day or night and, even females alone, need NOT worry about stepping on a discarded hypodermic needle, about being molested or tripping over people begging and living on the streets - there are none! It IS very expensive nowadays, especially during the Formula 1 week - a 'victim' of its own sucess perhaps but, as they say: 'quality is always in demand!' Please comment on my comment should you wish. Perhaps we should have a PAP in the U.K. - I joke not!

Every time when I see the truth of Malaysia kicked Singapore out is one of the disappointing things have done in Malaysia. Not because of their currency but with their leader, Lee Kuan Yew, he can ensure Malaysia always in the right track of economic growth! I love Malaysia, but sometimes I’m quite pissed by some of their decision.

Ww1, ww2, and any war since the soviets have won, apart from one, the 80's conflict with Afghanistan. After a gruesome conflct that sent them home with their tails between their legs, bin laden famously said i have sent the soviets home now i need to bait the other superpower to come to my land, that being the u.s.a. the Afghans done just that, the leaders of today have done an amazing job of tricking the everyday humans into conflict. How many wars until we understand whats going on. Great vid, a refresher as i forget a lot.

I heard that the number of Muslims in Bhutan has reached ten people!! Beware, Islamic terrorism will appear in the Kingdom of Bhutan after decades, and you will not find a solution for it, as you can see how Israel, that powerful country, is unable to get rid of Hamas killers who cover themselves with women and children. . Expel him before they occupy your country and bring you the Turks and Arabs
