Dope!!! Question? Should I get a mcp live 2 or a powerful MacBook to start producing dubstep tracks?
@dysphemic2 ай бұрын
Yooooo I have only had the MPC for a few months, but as far as I can tell it's good for sample based hip hop and live performance (which is why I got it) Definitely a Mac book pro is the way brooooo for electronic music. I just bought a new Mac if you want any advice 🤜🤜🤜🤜

That looks like a fun box. I just picked up a push3 standalone to play out with.
@dysphemic3 ай бұрын
it is amazing that it has a speaker in it and battery operated. I didn't even get it for that but it turns out to be my favourite thing! Epic how is the push3? Curious to know what kind of live set you are working on with it
@fluffybunnyz3 ай бұрын
@@dysphemic - Push3 is a game changer for me for workflow. I like the feel of hardware to create on and this thing is ableton in a box with some limitations. Im kinda carving my own soundscapes that I guess I would call wobbletech? I like about 95 bpm / 4/4 with funky basslines. I have yet to run into issues but someone noted that it chokes after you load in over 400 scenes or some stupid number.
@brucejje3 ай бұрын
Bit of a late reply, but u got any idea how to make a standard project to load in with sidechain already loaded up? im running cubase 12, and its pretty hard to figure out how to get side chain to work
@brucejje3 ай бұрын
Doing it every project also kinda sucks my trigger sound also always outputs audio.... and if i use the :same kick/snare: its sometimes "fucky"

I might be crazy, but this kind of a song can be used for a DAMN, DAMN crazy chaotic final boss for a videogame, by the way it can change, it can also rise the tense for the boss, with very damaging attacks from the boss and such. What do you think?
