How strange, I just played the old versions on my Xbox 360 and they don't look like that. Maybe my screen enhanced them a lot, because they certainly don't look like the remastered version, but they do look much better than the original shown in the video.

they only changed textures, improved draw distance and improved post processing (and maybe lighting im not sure about the lighting part since most people dontk now about game dev stuff and assume lighting is involved so thats why I cant say anything about lighting)

AC2 has some really popped out eyeballs on the models, but having them be very realistic looking while in the remaster makes them look extra goofy 😅

Yeah, Unity's parkour "looks" better but it's boring as fuck. I honestly have more fun playing AC2 than Unity so if Mirage's gameplay is more similar to AC2, that'll make it much better than Unity.

Nearly 10 years old and still the best AC. This shows us that Ubisoft can make good game if they want to. But they dont want to. Why? They make more money with RPG. Money is all any company is interested in. Thats why they exist. With all that said tho...Im still pretty exited to play Mirage😅...

I tried unity the graphics is absolutely beautiful but i got bored of the game after playing 10 hours of it, I tried Valhalla which everyone said its the worst ac game turns out i am having absolute blast on it there are different kind of animations finishers and the world is so big and its colourful and beautful people saying oh its not assassins creed who cares that game is so much fun. the minute details they have done is so good

⁠⁠@@videogamevisuals2127yes mirage have better city, lighting, gameplay. Also parkour doesnt look better but feel a looootttt smother, story is better, combat is better almost everything is better. Look unity looks fancy but often feel clumsy. Mirage looks simple but feel smooth

I'm pretty sure that's intentional it's supposed to be a lightweight fabric; there are robes in the game with better physics to emphasize that it's a heavy type of fabric like Roshan's robes kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hbOlfMuetq2-goU.htmlsi=fkTRee7zPVEMM_HN

From 5:22 onwards, I wasn't even comparing with unity.. All I wanted to show was, how Ubisoft doesn't take effort to polish the game before release (parkour snapping, how enemy changes their pose suddenly when assassinating), It's 2023 at this point I feel like we need to move to the next-gen ac games.. Ik expecting perfection is bit too much, but I also feel like they just copy paste elements from previous games, so I don't find much difference in gameplay comparing with previous games. Fact that unity came out almost a decade ago but still stands out comparing to latest ac game is a win for unity, Also unity has that grace in parkour system which is lacking in ac games that released afterwards. but that doesn't mean I hate new ac games, I am just bit disappointed maybe because I expected more from Ubisoft & this video is completely subjective, was just my opinion 😊
