Motogp riders use a thumb brake and handle throttle and changing gears is easy with a switch. Glad those acrchaic car rules changed. You can do it Billy! You already have mate!

Hi Billy. I know your marketing team will see this post and not yourself. You are a very strong willed bloke that dealt with your accident very well and kept striving to move forward after losing lower legs in that accident. You are a true inspiration to all. I myself have gone through the mills with life's complications. I had my gullet removed as a child due to poison issues and spent many months in hospital and was told later that I would not lead a normal life... I defeated this and was a gymnast as a young teen, getting gold medals in Yorkshire and Gold and Silver medals in Crystal Palace London. Years later, I developed issues and did not eat for about 14 months until surgeons found issue. After long surgery and spending time in hospital again, I managed to start eating again and got weight back on..... Lock down due to covid caused issues as I started to get tooth aches with not eating properly and pulled out a few of my own teeth in hopes could get back to normal with eating...... Its got worse and again, not eating at all which my wife is concerned about as Im heading to a Darker place as cannot even afford to get dental implants to help me eat again. I look at you again, and you are so strong. God bless you and keep going the way you are. You Prove life throws challenges and they have thrown them your way and also mine.

my mum lost both her legs above the knees due to complications with Lupus. I saw her for years work to be positive and independent, so I understand the struggle. I see you at every F1 race being active and extremally positive role model. It is really good to seeing you do well and not to let you be defined by your injury's. Well done and I look forward to seeing on F1 and racing for years to come.

Just by chance really I was watching live when his accident happened and feared the worst. The way he has come back from his injuries and his relentless positivity is incredible. His parents must be so proud but they've clearly raised him to be a resilient, grateful and appreciative young man.

Billy, I doubt you'll see this but in the odd case you do, please do whatever it is you want to do, especially if it's racing. I'm sure you've heard this tons but honestly, there's always a way. It may not be F1 or whatever, or it might be - who knows. If it's what you want to do, just do it. You've already inspired millions, but my question is how inspired are YOU? Send it buddy!
