For me MAC 10 is S tier in NMRIH, because you can easily clear the patch with short bursts making corridor for yourself and your team. A few downsides for me is that you cant use flashlight with this gun and Colts have very little amount of ammo so most of the time its not worth unloading them. Its and equivalent to authoshotguns or even M60 from L4D2.

yeah I agree with you here, I used to have bias against the MAC 10 as a ammo waster gun, years ago. now I actually consider MAC as A Tier or low S Tier.

yeah should be a feature for the next game. with duct tape, you can put a maglite into a gun. but then you can only use the maglite with the gun

This is quite an accurate tierlist (atleast for me). I feel like the flare gun deserves a little bump up considering its a light AOE gun and zombies on fire can easily be one shotted by a weapon bashed or get trapped behind other zombies. Also I didn't know the fast firing shotgun had increase spread. I must've subconsciously known as I usually avoid mid range kills with it but it makes much more sense now so thanks.

tip: when holding pistols and have a flashlight in your inventory, press F to use both.

only other good thing about flare gun = you can shoot flares from a long distance at targets, as if you were launching incendiary 40mm's. Especially on a group from a long distance.

SV10 is a good shotgun if you time your reloads. Shooting one barrel and then reloading is faster than reloading both barrels.

Trying for force yourself to play with it is surely a cool experience. It might have a lot of limitations and barely any meaningful upside, but i'd say that its far from unusable if you know how to move and make the best out of your shots and reloads. 2/2, would play Junction only with this thing again any day
