Many thanks for sharing your 1L experiences. I was recently accepted for studies at NWCU. While waiting through the enrollment process, I've ordered my 1L books except the Prosser & Wade Torts. Any recommendations for what I can begin doing or studying before classes start? I've heard a lot about flashcards; but of course I don't know what definitions, etc to study. Any further help or hints is greately appreciated. I'm also wondering how old of an edition of Black's Law Dicitionary should I buy? ...continued success on your legal career journey. Blessings.

Hi Macy! I am considering a non ABA school as well but job prospects after graduation concern me. I try not to listen to people's doom and gloom online about the subject but it's hard not to pay attention when so many people are so sure no body is willing to hire new graduates from schools like NWCU. May I ask what your plans are once you've passed the Bar?

Hi Macy, I’ve watched your most of your videos and you motivated to enroll in NWCU! I am doing the definition assignment and realized there are some terms I couldn’t find in neither Clancey’s nor Black’s Law Dictionary. I was wondering what other sources you would look for in this case?

Hi Macy, like your other subscribers I also noticed you're the only one vlogging for NWCU and as an offshoot, introduced me to the school. I am already a senior and a federal retiree but my dream of becoming a lawyer is still there. Now that I am happily retired and got lots of downtime to spare, attending online law at NWCU would be the path I'd be taking pretty soon. I'll probably start next month if I get accepted.
