I'm possibly in the darkest place in my life, never felt so lonely and hopeless, I have moments when I feel like my addiction will take everything away and it's gonna get even worse, but songs like this, raves give me a small glimpse of hope. Hopefully I will be strong enough to choose life. And to do what I love to do, have good people around me.

today i have rotted myself in my room. doomscrolling instagram reels for 6 hours and avoiding the work that always on my mind. most of those videos dont make me happy anyway. realizing it made me felt incredibilty angry about myself. and i know this will happens again. again. i kept promising i will quite those habits. and i should change. take action. god knows how much i need to choose life.
