I have the same car ,2001 gt has the same prob. But I took a piece 1and a half by 2inches square stock 1/8 inch thick tubing and put that in the frame rail to stuffing it up too.

I love it when people say nice work but the welds don't look that great.well it thin weld with layered metal it's not easy to work with trust me it not easy to weld been welding for 22 years

2024 Update! People have come out since TKO Resto went radio silent and stated that they had these guys do work on their car that either wasn't completed up to par with what you would expect from them or not completed at all. There are KZfaq videos out there and posts on Mustang forums about this. (I personally have no experience with TKO Resto, I'm only passing along what others have posted). You can search to find the videos and posts yourself. It sucks because these guys were putting out some great content!

From a design perspective, I think the horizontal tail lights give the rear end a wider and lower appearance, which gives it an overall much more satisfying effect than the vertical tail lights, in my opinion. Obviously, the vertical lights were the original and have the nalsagia and heritage written all over them, but I liked it when they went away from that design, at least for a little while. I sometimes wonder what the rears of modern mustangs would look like if they did not revert back to this vertical design. Obviously, it was part of the overall retro design, but I would have liked to see Ford go away from this design by this point with the introduction to the newest generation. Even the previous generation I balive could have benefited from a horizontal designed set of tail lights, giving the car a wider, sleeker, and less tall looking rear end. But hey, that's just one man's opinion.

yeah i got my bumper caught on a concrete parking iron rod that was sticking up and broke it too where i dont think i can repair it right there it cracked and broke it too far up

I just got this Roush 3 piece. The hardware in the kit consisted of 13 phillip head 6mm x12mm bolts, and no instructions. No tape or instructions in the kit and the three pieces look fairly rough. Just looking at it I knew that 3M tape was needed and I normally keep that around. I can use clay to get the two outside pieces marked for drilling the holes. I have done body work before on a 71' Mustang Coupe so I will not have any issues in getting this kit on my wife's 05 Mustang.
