They’re being so gentle taking her teeth out! The dentist who took mine out was brutal! I had 24 teeth at one time taken out with just shots and wide awake. I’ve had an abstraction before of a back tooth and it didn’t hurt at all and I didn’t know it was out he was so good. This dentist was brutal and heartless. My mouth bleed for hours and I was in so much pain. He charged me a $1000 for 2 bone grafts I didn’t need also. I wish all dentist were this good.

I've shown Dr Golpa's work to other DDS and oral surgeon's. Every one said the implants were perfectly placed. BTW i made this still feeling the effects from the sedation. Now I have had some issues with a member or 2 from the office staff that has me upset, but i try to keep things "in house"

Omg, I have noticed the same thing. None of my coworkers and family members who knew I was having this procedure have said a word. I literally say, "Do you like my teeth?".... I get, "Oh, yeah." NOTHING! But, complete strangers will comment on how beautiful my teeth are. Wtf??? I don't get it.

The numbness in the bottom jaw is a temporary and common side effect. Honestly I can't believe you even attempted that kind of major surgery by yourself in a foreign country.

Hi my dentist deliberately broke my front tooth and pulled all 4 out to make more money from me. When I saw what he did I started crying and he pushed a demo plate in my mouth due to me crying. It was a nightmare blood in my mouth over the temporary plate. I had 4 implants in the upper and lower mouth. I am 66yrs young and I ended up returning to him 6 yrs later due to anger and post traumatized. So he saw me in 2021 after 7 years. I got a retainer that is sticking me the same day he put it in my mouth. I would love implants in the front but I don't want to have any sinus problems. I am not sure if I have enough bone to implant. I was a beautiful looking African American woman prior to this problem. Also he caused vocalcord injury when he sprayed the adhesive over my mouth to set in the implants. I didn't want to sue him because I had a good relationship with him. So this is my experience now 67 and loss my confidence and singing voice due to the vi. Thanks

Having a procedure like this would be life personality changing for me, I never had straight teeth and can only imagine what it must feel like to see yourself with a beautiful smile. Is there somewhere to get funding or donations to help those who cannot afford this?

Why people think going to Mexico to get major surgery done it’s OK I will never know. Yes it’s cheaper, but you are an example of things going wrong and being in another country. So sorry this happened to you.

I for one can attest to the fact that Dr.Golpa and his staff at the Virgina office are truly in a class by themselves, I had my surgery there on 7/19/21 and without a doubt is the best decision i have ever made. I just feel normal again w/out all the hoopla, They know their business, and i recommend anyone thinking about it to go in for a consultation.

I can't tell you how amazing the staff they have at the Virginia office, from Dr. Golpa and Dr. Alharshi to Brandi, Everett and the rest of them, super professional, and trust me, i was made to feel like my previous teeth didn't matter, bcuz i was rather embarrassed from the condition of my teeth. I implore anyone who's having real issues and want a real solution, Plz visit any of the G4 offices in either Virginia, Dallas or Las Vegas, Thank you G4 and staff for all that you have done for me from the bottom my heart. I saw your website, where you supposedly exposed bad dentists. Which makes someone wonder, what are you covering up? I don’t think you’re a pioneer, and I do know who are not one of pioneers in dental implants at all. It seems your name is not on that list.
