Jimmy Kimmel was the latest Celeb to be cured of back pain by Dr. Sarno's books. Larry David and Howard Stern were healed also!

Dr. Sarno has helped so many! Also check out Alan Gordon and the Boulder Back Pain study! THere is now proof of the mind-body connection. Great films: "All the Rage: Saved by Sarno" and "This May Hurt." Also check out Curable App, Dr. Howard Shubiner, and so many more that have come from the work of Dr. Sarno and updated it also. Great podcast!

Great topic of Luck and Optimism but what a boring interview. Instead of promoting your own book and your own next project you should have gotten deep into examples of luck in the business world and what you can do to create your own luck. I am not being unfair with my comment since only 14 views after 11 days and with no other comments except for mine, is a very poor showing and is nothing to be optimistic about.

Thank you Adam for this episode which felt really authentic and heartfelt and offered some really helpful insights into the way our minds work and what may be keeping us stuck! I participated in John's Brain-a-thon yesterday and it was awesome! Wishing you every future success with your Podcast :-)

I wish you had dug deeper into his alcoholic tendencies that he was going through. Most people in this world are going through an addiction of some kind and we could have heard how someone who is considered an expert got out of the addiction mode and into creating a better life. It seems like most people skirt around this subject and he offered it to you and you just skipped right to the next question. Why are we ashamed to talk about something SO IMPORTANT in this society?!?!

I used to think all this was complete and utter bs. I remember as kid in the early 2000s I was in a chat room where a medical intuitive randomly came in to "practice" and offer free readings. I wasn't even interested and then finally said okay, I won't get into the details but he blew me away. Wasn't generic, wasn't surface guess work was incredible. I really wish I remembered his name because I would reach out to him now all these years later

As an RN of 30+ years, I genuinely appreciate this interview. In fact, so much so, that I intend to take Wendie's basic course, at the very least, to improve and expand my own skill set. Thank you!

Adam, I just watched this morning's video recording. What a powerful energetic presentation. Your enthusiasm is contagious. It seems that you have been studying the subject of gratitude for quite sometime. I have been leading meditations on gratitude with my yoga students every Friday morning. I picked up quite a few ideas from your presentation today. I can include some of those activities and practices into this coming Friday's yoga class for seniors. Thank you. See you tomorrow morning.
