This is exactly the kind of process i was looking for. I have a pellet grill coming and never tried this style of preparing food and im not quite ready to be tending to a brisket for the better part of a day. Looks great.

Stop it!! 😮Brisket is as different from Chuck as apples are from pears. Brisket and Chuck are both beef just as apples and pears are both fruits. The meat texture of Brisket is very different from Chuck.

You didn’t show wrapping it. Did you just cover the top of the tray with foil? Or did you use the butcher paper? Mine is at the 5hr mark and is at 168 internal with foil over the tray. Not sure if I was supposed to wrap it in butcher paper

It shows for a second or two towards the end. Read the description, he cooked it uncovered for a bit then foil over top the tray

When the human race learns to read the language of symbolism, a great veil will fall from the eyes of men. They shall then know truth and realize that truth has been unrecognized from the beginning. Smh 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

It must be nice to have a wood pellet grill that gets to 400 degrees. Neither my Traeger nor Camp Chef get anywhere close.

Just by the way that you sliced the meat, you have no idea what the hell you are doing. Always slice at an angle with a pork tenderloin.

I plan on doing some Cornish hens. I plan on putting them in a wet brine overnight, similar to how I do a thanksgiving turkey. Some duck fat really works good for the skin too! I use it on my chicken wings. Those looks delicious 👏🏽

I have the pitboss 850 pro v2. Got my chuck roasts 3.9 and 4.05 lbs I put mustard on as a binder and used two of my own made rubs. Cooked at 230 for 4 hrs 250 3hrs, 270 to finish. Wrapped at 262 took to 206 internal. I used a 12 inch smoke tube with hickory pellets lasted 4 hrs. After about 3 hrs i spritzed with 40/40/20 water/ape cider vinegar, Worcester. I also bout a water pan in my smoker with water and Worcester mix. Turned out amazing. Best bark and best taste.

I've seen all these ingredients at Aldi. I've even seen Chipotle ranch, which would go good with this recipe. I think you'd save at least 25% getting your stuff at Aldi. Believe me, I've compared receipts.

To whoever needs to hear this. don't be fooled! If your diet has consisted of nothing but stomachs, asses, and intestinal linings, then......these ribs might be an upgrade for you..... To any American who actually knows what real meat is.......do not cook these unless you want a lot of dog food.... OMG........these are the most disgusting cuts of meat I've ever encountered in my life........and I grew up on dairy cow meat...... Chew on that for a minute........or an hour..... Absolutely disgusting. And I'm not putting down this channels method of cooking.........it has nothing to do with cooking.........just the meat itself...... F-ing disgusting...........like I said........unless your usual dinner has consisted of intestines and assholes.......then this might be an upgrade...... Most disgusting cut of meat to ever come across my grill..... It's like a tiny strip of shoe leather with about a pound of fat on it......
