Fitness is the total LvL of fitness on deferent skill (POWER,ENDURANCE...etc) Athleticism is the the LvL of adaptations on deferent environments depending on the sporst or the task that an athlete is ask for !!!

the skill you speak of for fitness are not needed in life, and life function is the separator on fitness vs athleticism, ie life is not sport, sport is not life, sport doesn’t teach me how to live better, living better involves no sport in general - thank you for your input

Sumo: less range of motion and allow more weight to be lifted. Why you see all the time influencers do that with the sumo grip for PR. Youll hardly or never see em do conventional neutral grip.

Great shoulder exercise! People talk about the bent press but the turkish get ups make you work from the ground till you get up.

Brief, but well explained. I only worry about the knee, though, is it not a bit too far forward? I had a bad knee in the past, so I do what I can to avoid injury!

Talking about Anti-Obesity Medications for an individual is a very nuanced and complex conversation and should be done with an obesity medicine specialist. Lots of factors must be considered: genetics, family history, previous medical history, dosing, drug-to-drug interactions, safety etc. Fitness coaches are not equipped to be having these conversations. A fitness coach can definitely assist with building healthy movement, exercise and lifestyle habits if someone is considering taking or currently taking AOMs! Means was quick to point out the negatives and risks to taking AOMs but failed to acknowledge... - CDC, WHO, AMA all recognize obesity as a chronic, relapsing disease that is treatable but not curable - The strong body of literature showing the safety and efficacy of these medications in impacting more than just overweight and obesity but also significant improvements in CAD, PAD, CKD, sleep apnea, etc (check out SURMOUNT and SURPASS trials) - MDs/DOs who are prescribing these medications almost always encourage healthy lifestyle changes alongside the medication - unfortunately our current medical system makes it difficult for long-term behavioral support and guidance for these individuals which is where a fitness coach can fit in! SURMOUNT OSA: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38547961/ SURMOUNT CVD: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37932236/ SURPASS trial: www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0140673621013246

Are those the common names of the steps? From half it jumps to full; But between quarter and half there’s a quarter+bridge… which could be really the half TGU… I like the steps though

Great video. Totally agree. This drug should be a last resort. I have a client who started on it about 6 months ago. The weight is starting to shift but the habits of training and better eating habits are what is going to keep the weight off.
