Greetings, I have 3 damaged dosers after a firmware update, I sent the video as requested to the Red Sea Facebook account and they deleted the video, I have not received a response, the equipment was purchased at the authorized Red Sea store in Venezuela, even I was the marine aquarium advisor there and they don't respond to my messages either, the equipment can be recovered since technical support told me that it was very easy

I purchased pump and on my new acrilyc 1,5 cm thick pump is fail down with small finger touch. Simply need stronger magnet. At the end i decided to place magnet inside the overflow box and pump under the overflow as RedSea confirmed that magnet is sealed for marine aquarium to not rust or leave some rust traces out. Take care if your glass / acrilyc is 1,5 cm thick !!!

hey guys. i dose Nopox daily. i was wondering, does anyone know if using "Polyfilter" in your sump to keep your water clean is a bad thing to do, because it would be absorbing the Nopox, therefore useless? I just started using polyfilter to keep my water nice =)

The product doesn't have an adaptor, there is an opening that can fit the ATO+'s siphon breaker. That hole can fit dosing tubes easily.

PO4 accumulating can indicate that the skimmer isn't functioning as it should, maybe too much food (especially frozen) or RO water contamination- need DI filter. Feel free to contact our support to pinpoint your exact issue.

You will have to improvise, remove the ATO reservoir and you can place a pump to the chiller with the return back to the return nozzle.

It depends on your goal salinity. There are 3.785l per US gal. For example to mix Red Sea salt at 35ppt you need 40.3g per l, multiplied by 3.785= 152.54g per gal.

Won’t work, uptake is not proportional in 99% of reef aquariums. May as well stick to cheaper 2 or 3 part thats proven to work well.

That's why this kit focuses on calcium levels. Doesnt matter what proportion each tank is. They are tied directly to calcium at a relatively fixed rate.

Oh so all organisms just use calcium? What about lps tanks? As I said 2 or 3 part is much more tuned to different aquarium chemistry.

When you figure out "new chemistry" that can stabilize 36 elements and keep them bio-available to the corals or dilute them so much that the price of shipping water will drop to make sense. We don't see global economics or good old chemistry change in the near (or far future).

My part four iron solution evaporated after one and a half week from the medium size kit. The lids on all solutions are slightly cracked to allow for ventilation as per instructions what happens now I only have solution for part 12 and three and zero volume for part four after buying a full kit.

Hi, the evaporation rate doesn't sound right. Please open a ticket with out support we would like to look into it. Check your ReefDose calibration to make sure you didn't overdose and check for spills around the bottle.

Ignore the air bubble and read where the bottom of the plunger is. If you stop at 3.4, then do 1 - .34 = .66 (how much you used). The air bubble takes up the same volume as if it were the liquid so it doesn't matter if it's there or not.

The best way would be to change the router's network name and password to the old one and all will be connected automatically. Otherwise delete the device and load it over using the new network's credentials.

Yes, you will need to program them individually though. The 1 correction dose all feature will not work.

Yes, the calculation is based on how much Ca your corals take. If you know how much they take you can calculate the Ca dose and base the rest off that.
