Haha…it is clean, just old. I disinfect before and after each session with hospital grade surface disinfectant. We should be upgrading the mats soon though. These ones are at least 9+ years old. Thanks for commenting!

We started a few years ago with a few simple FYJJ games from Rob Biernacki, but now this is mostly how I teach and train now. It’s still a work in progress, but we’ve seen some good results with helping folks get better more quickly.
