There was a prediction that cebu will surpass many rich cities in manila like Pasay ,Taguig and Makati by 2030s..cebu is also expecting 250billion-350billion pesos invesment from international private sectors for the next 5-7years..The Downside.. Due to these massive infrastrcuture.. Cebu will become more overcrowded.. since cebu is the Destination of many people in visayas who are seeking for job.. As a result, The GDP per capita will reduce..people's lives will become miserable, And job opportunity will not be enough for the population... Better Solution, make Cebu an administrative Region.. Dont let non cebuano enter cebu without JOB.. If tjey wanna enter cebu, they must have gyarantee that they have job once theyll enter cebu.... And those who are non cebuanos who has families in cebu.. Give them atleast 30days or more Limit to stay in cebu..those job seekers must be given limited days to seek job .. Its gonna be a Visa-like System.. But no , its not Racism nor discrimination towards non cebuano.. In my Idea or Suggestion, You can still Enter Cebu but you must find job and get a job.. But before you attack me with nonsense, heres the reasn why i came up with this suggestion... Once Cebu becomes overcrowded and the gdp per capita will be reduced and People will become jobless.. It will actually affect the entire national economy.. And the other advtange, local government will do their best and effort to promote their Cities to Investors..
