Regular stranger beat green lantern easily, strange defeats cosmic level demons on a daily basis demons like Mephisto and dormammu, his magic gives him incredible durability too the point he can survive attacks from dormammu and Mephisto in there own realm and dormammu and Mephisto are easily universal levels entities meanwhile lanterns constructs are only as powerful as his will in the moment and who’s will is stronger than the master of the mystic arts there’s very few characters who would beat strange in a fight.

Dr Manhattan wins. He has a higher dimensional existence so nothing, nothing can put him down. Anything anyone throws at him he can survive, or better yet, just create a new body. GED has limits, he struggled to defeat the infinity gauntlet, we never see Dr M struggle with anything. Controlling timelines, surpassing Perpetua the creator of DC, killing 7 extradimensional creatures all capable of destroying DC, by “blinking” or breathing. He can strike fear in the heart of Mr Mxytlpick, the 5D imp who can leave the comic book and meet the writers.

Please don’t confuse the Ben 10 term ‘the omniverse’ with the actual omniverse. That is just a distinct and fancy term used to market the show since it’s similar to the ‘Omnitrix’. The Ben 10 universe is never shown to be a type 4 multiverse. I actually have watched the show btw, everything except the modern reboot (but I have researched that one for feats).
