I would love for the prosecutors to be placed under oath and asked if they called Glanville or met with him at any time during the trial, about ANYTHING!

Mr Holloway, this is awesome!!! Great job, especially bringing an important attorney. We learn so much from both of you. Will another prosecutor be allowed to examine the witness while Hylton goes on vacation?? They made Attorney Melnick look terrible for going on vacation!!! The hypocrisy!

Absolutely UNFAIR to continue this trial AND to even consider retrying this case. The sooner someone can recognize the STATE killed this case - and a DEAD case needs to be laid to rest.

I never understood why it is the duty of the defense to produce jail calls at all and hand them to the prosecutors? Shouldn't it be the other way around normally?

*I hate to make this about politics, but she has said she is considering running for Republican Representative. I think she is using this trial to boast her recognition. Sadly, the same way Glanville was doing. Moment in the spotlight smh*

She has an unbelievable backlog of casework that has been neglected while she pursues these political or public relations oriented prosecutions. How is the public served by 3800 unprosecuted cases.

QUESTION: Since the judge will not allow Steel to have Love, Hylton, and Glanville as witnesses, can Steel and other defendants file a lawsuit directly against them and/or the state for this misconduct or is a Bar complaint the only remedy?

Georgia's governor has done nothing to get this Counties Judicial system fixed not has the Georgia AG. In my area of the country not only would this case have been declared a mistrial and DA and judge facing serious charges.

Glanville is the worse kind of wolf in sheep clothes. Acting as if he was trying to be unbiased but the entire time had bad intentions for these defendants. This is actually the worse kind of person. This who is the chief judge? No matter what you think of a defendant everyone deserves a fair trial. This is still AMERICA!

Why are an unlawful Ex Parte meetings with prosecutors & an obviously bias judge allowed to go on without any legal consequences? The defendants are on trial while these "officers of the court" get away with unlawful acts. No right to a fair trial. This is outrageous!!! The judge refuses to give a certificate of immediate review so that the appeals court can overturn this crap

Can appreciate the use of the word "nuanced" being used by attorney BUT I do NOT believe it should be allowed in CRIMINAL cases. The rulings need to be in the middle of the lane not off some feeder road that she or he believes only can connect IN THEIR JUDGEMENT to one direction. I continue to be so saddened by this new judge. I don't understand her. She seems to believe she has a magic ward and simply by pulling the curtain and casting a spell she can erase from this case 1- the series of lies and deceptions the STATE have used to advance their case (we have watched this unfold in real time! This case is dead. The State killed it. Whether it be stopped now or reversed, the errors are too many and too severe. We have read the paperwork as it comes to light. The judge did not). 2-the jury is somehow supposed to remain engaged AND allowed only selective recall. You can't unring a bell. That is at the heart of the RECUSAL AND the MOTION FOR MISTRIAL with prejudice. Each time the Prosecutors lied, misled and JUDGE/PROSECUTORS worked in concert - it rang a bell. It turned into a full fledged concert some days! And there is no way to erase what the jury heard, the impressions and understanding and consequentially their findings IN REAL TIME. This judge seems be believe she can revive a legally killed case. She can't. And every day she drags this out by using that magic curtain she has dreamed up she is just postponing the inevitable and costing the taxpayers of FULTON CO even more. It is WRONG - WRONG WRONG. She has evaluated and ruled while ignoring or carving away actual information/evidence in the case. HER fallback is always GLANVILLE is no longer here and that happened on his watch ... I am of the opinion _ and watching her just reinforces it- judges discretion need to guard railed better and there must be a method for a defendant to appeal during trial without having to get permission from the judge! And trial transcripts need to be produced faster and trial records need to include video feeds of the trial. IN THIS CASE there is the probability that the defense needs to introduce video feeds from the court interior and records for Woody's incarceration. THE PROSECUTORS or the JUDGE or both working in concert HID him from his attorney(s) that weekend. And then the DA's split up and one corralled his attorney in the Judge's chambers while the other went to the witness directly. THAT IS NUTS! THEY BOTH KNEW HE HAD COUNCIL - as did the JUDGE - on FRIDAY! And they also put WOODY in a jail in such a way to prevent him from being able to use the phones to reach anyone. HIS FAMILY actually reached out to the PROSECUTORS to ask where he was!!! I wonder if they were told where ? Or given some song and dance?

🙋🏻‍♂️Why were these substandard lawyers chosen to prosecute a high profile murder case? In Fannie’s case, the prosecutors were much better (real lawyers) like Cross. Why wouldn’t they have chosen lawyers who are more polished and less ghetto❓❔

My presumption is that Judge Whittaker is elected, as judges are elected in Georgia, USA. This is not the case in New Zealand, where Judges are appointed for life. This means that she must act in recognition of this, perhaps unfortunate, fact. I assume that she is, to some degree, politically aligned with Judge Glanville and DA Fani Willis. To act in a way that is perceived to be contrary to that alignment might be politically disadvantageous. Presumably judges find ways to operate that maintain their political interests, while obeying the obligation to be legally neutral. I have presumed that this obligation exists. It follows that Whittaker might require the attempt by the defense to recuse a fellow judge, to be resisted to the degree that is legally allowed. The same is true for the attempt to force a mistrial. Is not reasonable to assume that the Judge will not bend the law to suit the defense, but instead bend the law, to its malleable limits, in favor of the status que. Is this what I see happening?
