Nothing against you at all Bro. I'm more disappointed in Blue Heron themselves with this model/ floorplan. Unless the previous owners were the ones who picked the flooring and the colors of the cabinets, Blue Heron could've done a way better job. It's still a BEAUTIFUL home though. I just would've picked better colors and contrast. Otherwise, AWESOME video and capture flow of the home! Keep them coming!! New subscriber here!

Like your presentation but you should take your time with the camera so people don't get vertigo. Also you should mention if their is an HOA or not. Beautiful house!!

Incredible home. I really enjoyed the tour and the video for the most part, but could not finish the video in one sitting. There were a lot of close-up shots and the camera was moving around too frequently for me, and that made me a bit dizzy.

The pantry is still a bit of a squeeze to get into or access inventory and I'm thrown off by the height of the pantry and the refrigerator. As for the privacy, I saw on another channel where the agent actually went up to the pool and the fence was actually at a decent height for privacy. Could it use improvements, absolutely, but overall, the house is very nice. Good video My G!

The home itself is nice but it’s like what u said the privacy in the back but yeah with mature landscaping it should be better inside the home but some renovation/TLC would help this home lots 😊

@@realtor_reggie702 A lot probably get a high end renovation company to come in see if we can change layout a bit make it more functional and esthetically pleasing Cause the way the bathrooms look even the kitchen and flooring definitely needs to go

One more observation: Las Vegas real estate puts a far greater premium on newer white box homes than the older homes with dated interior design. In Miami where I live, it is the same. Nobody wants the older homes even though they are perfectly good and have a good design.

Yes, a large percentage of clients move here with weather as one of the main deciding factors. The desert isn't for everyone though

It's because the HOA fees are $1.1k per month which is ridiculous. Remember that's for life and will increase over time, but that's the price to live in these type of buildings.

Thanks for watching. I'd agree that it needs a little updating. On the flip side, Blue Heron would probably provide only around 3,700 square feet compared to 10,000 square feet.

This home needs an update. Especially the entry staircase and the flooring throughout. I don't like anything about the kitchen design or it's layout. It would cost another 350k plus bringing this house up to standard.

Absolutely beautiful! My only complaint is you need to slow down with camera movement. Love your commentary and the music, but please just slow down with the camera movement. It makes a person dizzy. Is this home for sale or just a tour? I don't want to tour anyinthing that is not for sale. I'm confused.

Thanks for the feedback :) Videos moving forward will definitely be slowed down. This home was just on the market but is now off due to the owner finding a renter. Home was rented out for $11,500/mo.
