Looking at these two it just makes me wonder who the heck greenlit all these awful characters for this game 😂 it has too many really badly designed ones. Imagine if it had more classic street fighter characters in the 3rd strike style 😵💫 that would have been so good

EX needle, EX dive, and SA1 are going to be the more common meter uses. These are all extremely tight 1-2 frames so you should be very confident if you are going to do these
