Three things I forgot to mention: While glitched, if you go in water you still keep your speed. (When I actually reached 350 MPH it was in water.) Also, you don't need specific tire types. Last but not least, sometimes when you go forward you will go backwards, this is completely normal and to stop it just stop moving and then start moving again.
